An amazingly kind and compassionate man who makes the patient feel completely at ease. He is very easy to talk to and actually listens too. He has also done an amazing job on correcting my ptosis. Thank you Mr Litwin!

Mr Litwin was very easy to talk to and spent the time to listen and explain during my initial consultation, re-assuring me that my blepharoptosis was a condition that he specialises in,and that he could perform surgery to improve my condition. The whole experience was very professional and caring and he made me feel very confident and at ease about the procedure. It is now 9 days since my surgery, and whilst I was apprehensive on the day,Mr Litwin, his fellow Mr John Bladen and the entire team at QVH made me feel very re-assured and confident during the whole operation (under local anaesthetic with sedation)...as expected I am a bit bruised and swollen, but improving by the day.....I have had no pain and already I can feel and see a big difference to my field of vision as a result of the amazing work Mr Litwin performed.I have absolutely no hesistation in recommending Mr Litwin to anyone else.A huge thank you to you and your team Mr Litwin, and I'm actually looking forward to my follow up check,

He has helped me with improving the results of damage to my eyelid caused by a major accident abroad. It has been a complex problem requiring input from several specialties and he has worked hard to improve. things for me I am extremely thankful for his skill and care and hope that political powers do not interfere with the medical professions ability to do their job to the best of their ability.

All I can say, is that as a carer of a Dementia sufferer the moment we walked into the department all the staff were kind and it appeared each new their task, and were proficient at it. We were advised on the butterfly scheme from the onset which if the sticker added to the file is in a prominet position which can be noticed on the opening of it by any member of staff, even the receptionists, then it is a really good and helpful addition. Dr Litwin was exteremly kind and understood my wife situation, his diagnosis was quick and efficient. He advised very clearly the diagnosis, and was clear in what needed to be done, and the urgency required. I realise that on the day of our appointment there had been no emergencies, therefore we were not involved in any delay.

Thoroughly recommend Mr. Litwin who has the time and patience to listen to you and to reassure you about your concerns. He is so approachable but at the same time very professional. The hospital appears to be very laid back but everything works very efficiently and the staff are so helpful and pleasant. Although my journey to the hospital takes nearly 1.1/2 hours, it was well worth it.
